Job summary Le Contrôleur Financier soutient le Directeur d'usine dans le pilotage de la rentabilité des activités de son site.
Il supporte la prise de décision à travers le reporting financier, l'élaboration des prévisions ainsi que l'analyse des indicateurs.
Il fait le lien entre le site et l'équipe finance du groupe dans un souci de qualité, de réduction des coûts, de respect des délais et des procédures.

Scope â?¢ This position reports to Plant Manager directly and manages a team of 3 people.
â?¢ Responsible for finance performance of Albéa Simandre.
Main activities â?¢ Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.
â?¢ Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process â?¢ Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.) â?¢ Document and train people on all Key Processes that are supporting each of the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash) â?¢ Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.
â?¢ Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets.
Accountability including KPIs â?¢ Guarantee the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information.
â?¢ Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments.
Guarantee efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant) â?¢ Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team.
Profile (Experience & qualifications) Experience and education â?¢ Experience in accounting/finance, minimum 5 years as Finance Manager/Controller.
â?¢ Experience of manual and automated accounting systems.
Familiar with advanced finance tools in global finance market, also familiar with closing factory.
â?¢ Graduate with bachelor degree with major in finance or accounting.
Knowledge/Technical Skills required â?¢ Knowledge of tax computations and processes â?¢ Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Good written and oral English skills AlbéaGroup France Expérience souhaitée
